the power of the google image search.

i recently saw a personal blog post that was one of those get-to-know-your-friends survey dealies, where you fill in blanks to pretty simple queries such as "your favorite drink," etc. and post it for all your friends to see, hoping they will fill out the survey as well. the trick to this one was, however, that instead of mindlessly TYPING your response to each question, you google image searched your response and picked your favorite picture from the first page of results and posted it. PRETTY FASCINATING AND VERY POST-MODERN.

over here at the blogulator, however, we don't HAVE personalities. we merely report about pop culture. so i bring to you, the google image search pictogramography of recent pop culture goings-ons. above the picture is the phrase i searched for that relates to the pop culture worldosphere, and below it is the picture on the first page of google image search results that i thought was the prettiest:
